24 hours’ notice must be given for appointment cancellation, failure to do so will forfeit your treatment session and the loss of that appointment’s pre-paid package session price. (This covers any pre-paid package purchases) and incur a charge of $20.
Refunds will be provided where the Australian Consumer Law dictates.
You are not allowed to transfer treatments/services specials to other Hairfree + Beauty Centres.
All pre-paid packages save the amount as stated, we do not give refunds on pre-paid packages and they are not transferable to another person or Hairfree clinic.

Treatments are not suitable for blonde, grey or red hair and very dark skin, or those with certain medical conditions. Please call your closest Hairfree + Beauty centre for details.
A minimum of 6-10 treatments are required to achieve optimal results.
Free consultation is required alongside all first appointments.
Arriving late will shorten treatment time. 48 hours’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling. If you do not advise us within the time frame your special price for that session will be forfeited.
Specials prices are not transferable to another area or to treatment at another Hairfree + Beauty centre. The area is the part of the body being treated, which is predefined by the therapist your Hairfree + Beauty Centre.
Clients who do not shave a maximum of 2 days before their treatment will incur a $35 shaving fee payable on the day.
Photo ID must be presented at first appointment and if you go to another Hairfree for a treatment you will be required to show photo ID.
Clients must be 18 years or older or accompanies by a parent or guardian.
Only one gift voucher per person for one centre only. Once received must be used within three month period, proof of receipt through email paper version or phone accepted.
